How we decide what to build

Useful work starts with a source, a boundary, and a human owner.

This page records the public research and case studies that inform our workflow concepts. It separates observed evidence from our own product hypotheses.

Search and AI visibility

People-first, crawlable, citable

Google’s current guidance emphasizes unique useful content, crawlability, page experience, and accurate structured data. It does not recommend special AI markup or mass-produced query pages.

Visible handoffs around existing tools

Jobber’s workflow and QuickBooks documentation support the reality that scheduling, quoting, job status, and billing handoffs often cross system boundaries. Our demo is a synthetic design response, not a customer result.

Human review

Automation with inspectable checkpoints

Public GOV.UK examples show bounded collection, classification, review, escalation, and audit patterns. We use them to design reviewable queues, not autonomous decisions.

Authorship and method

What is ours, and what is evidence?

Kind Workflows product concepts, synthetic examples, and workflow recommendations are authored by Rishva Iyer and labeled as concepts unless a source-backed client result is available. We do not publish invented metrics, testimonials, client names, savings, accuracy, or compliance claims.
