Kind Workflows FAQ
Short answers for a small team deciding whether a workflow problem is narrow enough for a useful first proof.
New contact intake is paused until the public business mailbox and booking route are verified. The sample Workflow Opportunity Brief remains available to review now.
The first two qualified teams can choose a fixed-scope, non-production proof: one exception queue, three agreed scenarios, up to ten synthetic or redacted examples, one simulated review queue, one review, and one revision within seven business days.
No. The first conversation and proof use public, synthetic, or redacted examples. Credentials, APIs, live integrations, customer records, and production access are excluded unless separately scoped and approved.
No. The starting point is an exception-and-ownership layer around tools you already use. We only discuss a broader build if the narrow proof shows a real reason.
No. The proof does not send customer messages, dispatch technicians, change schedules, purchase anything, change financial records, or make safety, clinical, tax, or security decisions.
Your named reviewer can inspect each agreed scenario, see its source or reason, identify the owner and next action, and confirm that the proposed handoff matches the team’s process. We do not promise savings or revenue before measuring them.
Still unsure?
Review the public scope now. Contact intake will reopen only after the mailbox and booking route are verified.
